Customized Specification Plastic Framing Nails Strip Nails for Wood

Overview Plastic collated framing nails, also known as plastic strip nails or plastic collated framing nails, are the most economical type of framing nails. The nails are held together with plastic strip or band to prevent deterioration due to weather conditions or high humidity. The collation are angled to accommodate the overlapping heads, and the angles are available in 0°, 15°, 20°, 21°, 22° and so on. Our plastic collated nails, with smooth, ring or screw shank, are widely used in most wood applications to provide efficient operation and excellent holding power. Besides, there are stainless steel plastic collated nails for cedar or redwood to prevent staining.        Detailed PhotosProduct Pictures:    Packaging & Shipping LENGTHSHANK DIAMETERHEADPOINTSHANKCOLLATIONFINISHPCS./BOX2''.113''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth/Ring/Screw21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG60002-3/8".113''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth/Ring/Screw21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG50002-3/8".120''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth/Ring/Screw21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG40003".120''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth/Ring/Screw21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG40003-1/4".120''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth/Ring/Screw21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG40002-1/2".131''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth/Ring/Screw21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG50003".131''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth/Ring/Screw21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG40003-1/4".131''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth/Ring/Screw21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG40003-1/2".131''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth/Ring/Screw21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG40003-1/2".135''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth/Ring/Screw21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG20001-1/2''.148''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG60002-1/8".148''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG40002-1/4".148''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG40002-3/8".148''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG40002-1/2".148''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG40003".148''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG30003-1/4".148''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG30004''.150''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG15004-1/2".150''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG15005-1/8".150''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG15003-1/4".162''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG10123-1/2".162''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG10125-1/8".165''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG10126-1/4".165''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG10125-4/5''.181''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG6606-1/4".181''Full Round HeadDiamondSmooth21° Angled StripYello Coating/EG/HDG660  Shank Type:Smooth shank Smooth shank nails are the most common and are often used for framing and general construction applications. They offer enough holding power for most everyday use.Ring shankRing shank nails offer superior holding power over smooth shank nails because the wood fills in the crevasse of the rings and also provide friction to help prevent the nail from backing out over time. A ring shank nail is often used in softer types of wood where splitting is not an issue.Screw shankA screw shank nail is generally used in hard woods to prevent the wood from splitting while the fastener is being driven. The fastener spins while being driven (like a screw) which creates a tight groove that makes the fastener less likely to back out.Surface treatment:Bright FinishBright finish have no coating to protect the steel and are susceptible to corrosion if exposed to high humidity or water. They are not recommended for exterior use or in treated lumber, and only for interior applications where no corrosion protection is needed. Bright finish are often used for interior framing, trim and finish applications.Electro GalvanizedElectro Galvanized finish have a very thin layer of Zinc that offers some corrosion protection. They are generally used in areas where minimal corrosion protection is needed such as bathrooms, kitchens and other areas that are susceptible to some water or humidity.Areas near the coasts where salt content in rain water is higher should consider a Hot Dip Galvanized or Stainless Steel fastener.Hot Dip GalvanizedHot dip galvanized finish are coated with a layer of Zinc to help protect the steel from corroding. Although hot dip galvanized fasteners will corrode over time as the coating wears, they are generally good for the lifetime of the application. Hot dip galvanized fasteners are generally used for outdoor applications where the fastener is exposed to daily weather conditions such as rain and snow. Application:  FAQ1.Q:Do you have your own production factory?   A:Yes,we not o
